How do I book a grooming appointment online?

You can click on any "Book Now" button throughout the website, or navigate to the "Book Online" page from the menu across the top of the site. Select the service you're interested in, then click “Book Now.” Our booking service will then walk you through the process of reserving your appointment and requesting any additional "add-on" you'd like. Please make sure to provide all information on the Booking Form as thoroughly and accurately as you can so that we may create the best experience for your dog.

What vaccinations do you require?

In order to maintain a safe, comfortable environment, we require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccinations. Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork is required.

Are you CPR certified for dogs?

Yes!

Do you have any breed, size, or age restrictions?

Never! In fact, ask us about our senior citizen discount for dogs over 10 years old!

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We're happy to take walk-ins when we have availability; however, booking an appointment for a grooming service ahead of time ensures that you and your pet are not kept waiting any longer than necessary.

How do I get the cost of my dog's grooming appointment?

Prices for base packages are based on size, breed, condition of coat, and length of service. In order to get a price estimate before your appointment, we recommend calling our salon.

How long will the grooming service take?

The amount of time it takes for pet grooming varies by breed and service, but you can usually plan on it taking 3-4 hours. Minor services, such as nail trims, take approximately 15 minutes and no appointment is necessary (subject to salon availability). Wait time may apply.

Will my dog be kenneled at any point?

Never!

Can I stay and watch my pet being groomed?

Yes! If your dog feels more comfortable with you there, we can book a private appointment.
